Quote: "Noctua makes great coolers, but as time goes on the older ones just won’t work with the new sockets that keep coming out. The coolers Noctua makes are excellent quality and perform well and they do come at a price, a higher price than most other out there, but they’re well worth it as you know if you’ve ever owned any. I have several of them and I recently decided to upgrade one of my kids computers with my old Core i5 setup and wanted to use a good cooler with it, and that meant I grabbed one of the unused Noctua ones that I had sitting around but I found it wouldn’t work with the socket 1156. Noctua has a solution for this though, the NM-I3 Mounting Kit that works with any of the new and old Noctua coolers so you can use them with newer sockets. The kit essentially makes them never become obsolete so that Noctua cooler you bought three years ago can still be used with the latest CPUs of today. The kit can be obtained free of charge actually from Noctua if you provide proof of purchase or it can be bought for only $10, which is well worth it I think to be able to use the older cooler with the newer platforms. So read on for a quick review of the NM-I3 kit…."

Review Snipit:
"Noctua NF-A6x25 FLX 60mm Fan Review -  I’m back with another fan review for you, yes it’s another Noctua fan but this one is the 60mm in size. The model is the NF-A6x25 FLX and yes 60mm isn’t something you’d commonly find in your computer. A 60mm fan though can sometimes be found in specialized cases like for an HTPC, but you can also find it in other things around your house or even in your entertainment center. I like tech, but even I had a hard time finding something to fit a 60mm fan, I have many things that use 70mm and 80mm but only one used a 60mm fan, and that was my blu-ray player. So read on to learn more about the fan and see just how I used it… "

Noctua NF-A4x10 FLX 40mm Fan Review

Review Snipit:
"Noctua is well known for their cooling products, especially their fans. I for one love them, they’re quiet and they work great. I always swap out the fans in a case for Noctua ones and I use a Noctua CPU cooler as well of course. Noctua has recently released a few specialized fans for uses other than inside of your PC case. The news fans vary in size and today I have the 40mm version for review, specifically it’s the NF-A4x10 FLX fans which is 40mm by a mere 10mm thick, which means it will fit in tight places easily. I wasn’t sure how exactly to review a fan like this, but then I started thinking harder about what I use in my computer and found something that I use all the time that happens to use a 40mm fan. I went about swapping the fan out and overall I’m happy with the results. Read on to learn more about the fan, and see just what I did with it… "

Noctua NF-A9x14 92mm PWM Fan Review

"Noctua recently releases several more specialized fans in various sizes and I have one of them today for review. The fan is the NF-A9x14 which is a 92mm fan but it’s only 14mm in thickness to fit into those tight spots where cooling and low noise are a priority. The fan isn’t one that would be used for enthusiast CPU cooling but it could be used for a sever or even an HTPC as it’s a fairly standard size. The fan is meant for other types of cooling really like those you might find in storage or networking solutions where you might need to replace a failing or a noisy fan. Let’s face it most stock fans aren’t exactly the greatest in terms of noise level and their ability to move air to cool properly, so it’s really in everyone’s best interest to replace them with something better overall and that’s where Noctua comes in. Noctua NH-L12 CPU Cooler Review

Review Snipit:
"Noctua is well known for their excellent cooling products, when it comes to the enthusiast end of things Noctua knows what it’s doing that’s for sure. Many of Noctua’s products are aimed at the high-end or enthusiast user who likes to overclock their systems and get the most out of them. Not everybody falls into that category though and they just want a decent cooling solution for their CPU, one that’s quality made and one that’s quiet. I for one prefer both in my systems with quiet being one of the more important things on my list of requirements for a CPU cooler. Making products for enthusiasts usually means big, but Noctua has recently introduced a cooler that’s surprisingly not aimed at the enthusiast market, or at least not the overclockers out there anyway. The Noctua NH-L12 is a low-profile style cooler meant for smaller systems like small form factor or HTPC where space is quite limited. The NH-L12 is meant to keep your CPU cooler but yet keep things running quiet. Let’s continue on… "

Review Snipit:
"When it comes to reviewing products fans just aren’t something very exciting, unless they’re from our friends at Noctua who always seem to be innovating and improving the designs of their fans. They spend quite a bit of time, effort and money on improving fans. Most people take them for granted really. Today for review I’ve got their newest fan called the NF-F12 PWM which is a 120mm fan with lots of new features and it has a very unique look to it. So read on… "

Noctua is a company known for making quality and well performing CPU Coolers, some of the best on the market today surely. They’ve recently introduced a new cooler called the NH-C14 which gets its name from the ‘C’ shape that the cooler is. The NH-C14 comes equipped with two Noctua NF-P14 140mm fans for excellent cooling performance. The two fans are mounted, one on top and one on the bottom, and you can configure it however you like. If you need more room beneath the cooler then just use the top fan. The NH-C14 is made to be versatile and have good performance at the same time.
