"Generic, No-name, Off-brand or whatever you want to call it, a lot of people shy away from anything that isn’t a major name brand product but from my experience they can be just as good if not even better sometimes than that popular brand named product. I’ve also come to realize that name brand or off brand, both can fail anytime and just because something costs more doesn’t necessarily mean it’s better!

I’ve recently been introduced to a company called Tmart where you can find great deals on numerous products, be them name brand or not. They’ve asked me to review a few of their products and I have one of them today which is the 1.5" 16MB Key Chain LCD Digital Photo Frame White & Silver. That’s the actual product name from their website, no name brand or nothing like that and it only costs $7.94 and that’s including free shipping! Overall it’s not a bad deal. The frame can store up to 150 photos and has several options and best of all I think is that it has a rechargeable battery."

Quote: "Ever hear of Tmart? I didn’t until recently when they asked me to review some of their products and they sent me over an 8gb USB flash drive. This drive isn’t any known brand, in fact it’s called the 8G Classic USB Flash Drive White with Grey, which is exactly what it is a white and gray colored 8gb USB flash drive, that name says it all really. The price for this drive is $8.03 and that’s with free shipping so that’s all you pay, is it worth it? Sure I guess, it’s not the fastest drive out there, but it’s not he slowest either. So read on for a quick review of it… "

New review by me over on Mobility Digest:

Quote: "I think microSD cards are the most popular type of storage out there for mobile related products and their prices are coming down lower and lower. I don’t know about you, but I’m always on the lookout for deals and I never seem to have enough storage for my portable devices. Recently a company I never head of, Tmart, approached me asking to review some of their products and one of them they offered was a very inexpensive 16gb microSD card so that’s what I have for review today. The card is a no-name brand but it’s a class 6 card, and I was very curious to see how an off-branded and very inexpensive card might compare to name brand ones so I said sure I’ll review it. So read on for  a quick review… "

Noctua NH-U12S CPU Cooler Review

Need a new CPU Cooler? Then check out my latest review:

Review Link: http://www.dragonsteelmods.com/noctua-nh-u12s-cpu-cooler-review/

Review Snipit:
"Noctua is always innovating with new product designs and they’ve just introduced a new tower style cooler, the NH-U12S which is what I have for review today. This cooler is a thin design, it’s only 45mm deep which makes it ideal for using with performance style ram that utilizes large style heatspreaders as it doesn’t protrude over the ram slots of the majority of motherboards made today. The cooler utilizes the Noctua NF-F12 which is a 120mm forced focus fan that’s made specifically for use with CPU coolers. The NH-U12S can use one fan or you can purchase an additional fan for even more cooling performance, with one or two fans the NH-U12S runs virtually silent like most all Noctua products. I’ve put the NH-U12S up against several other coolers for comparison, and it performs very well indeed, so read on to learn more… "

Quote: "Tablets are everywhere these days as they are expected to surpass PCs in sales by 2015 according to C|Net. With some many numerous choices in terms of brands and sizes choosing between Apple, Android and Microsoft based versions can be daunting. Each brand has its strengths and weaknesses. Some brands such as the HP TouchPad have already fallen to the wayside. The current batch of Android tablets are matching and even surpassing Apple’s iOS in terms of features.

For today’s review we will look at the Idolian Mini Studio 8. Idolian, a company that makes tablets and tablet accessories have two versions of their Studio Series this 8” model and a 10.1” screen version. This high performance tablet features a dual core processor and runs the most recent version of Android 4.1 aka Jelly Bean.

Some of the specs include 16 GB of flash memory with the ability to expand storage up to 32 GB using a micro SD, a front and rear camera, built-in speakers, microphone, Bluetooth capability, 1024 x 768 pixel resolution and something not found in Apple iPads or most budget tablets – HDMI output"

The product is the Rumble Pack, which does what it sounds like, it adds vibrations to the DS Lite and its games. The price of this is only $2.62 from Deal Extreme and it includes free shipping. The pack works great but the main issue is there aren’t many games that actually work with it.. So read on to learn more… "

Quote: "I’m back with a quick review for you of some cases basically, they’re cases for your Nintendo DS cartridges. They don’t have a fancy name just Protective Game Card Cartridge Cases for NDSi/NDS/NDS Lite and it’s a five pack of them that I got from Deal Extreme for only $4.68. Yes it’s a very basic product, but it’s one that’s needed especially if you’ve got many games and kids as I do. We’ve got the DSi XL and the DS Lite and plenty of games to go with them that we just kept in a bag really which wasn’t the most protective way of doing things. I thought it was time to get something better, so I grabbed these and they work and they’re very inexpensive… "
